I enjoyed reading this edition! It's so fun when you discover a feature everyone else seems to know about. When I first started with Twitter I didn't know how to check which messages the replies were for. I didn't know you had to slightly tap and drag down. 🤯 Or when I first discover the return key on my phone! (I too use the exclamations!!!) heheh.
I had to go off and test that Twitter suggestion. I could quite figure it out, so thanks for this Monica!!! Let's continue to share the things that everyone else seem to already know. Loved your small towel experience, and may borrow that.
Beautiful detail on the photos. It’s so important to focus on the details as well as appreciating the bigger picture. Thanks for the tips on transition.
I know, right?! I cannot believe what is possible with the technology now in our hands.
I am having a temporal disconnect as I readjust to home - I wake up on the couch not sure on which side of the Atlantic I am.
Let's catch up sometime, Sandra. There are a few thoughts that come to mind regarding transitions (there is so much to share!):
- Awareness ... recognizing that there is state "in-between" when you are no longer there, but not yet here. Know that this is normal.
- "Something old, something new" .. carry a few mementos or habits from the old to preserve a familiar framework until a next normal gently knits a new framework into place
- We are moving into a new era, so we will all have to take on a transition mindset. This skill set and relationship is a crucial 21st century skill for all of us to develop.

Ah thanks for the mention, Karena. Really enjoyed your photos (that bee!). Happy to have you as a design/figma accountability partner.
That photo is amazing - credit to Sharon!
I am going to try redesigning the photo collage in Figma instead of Canva. Thanks for inspiring me, John.
