For all authors!!! True (author who will publish the second in her series in the coming weeks!)

I learn my craft of shining from other beacons who shine before me with so much love, true appreciation and know the value of lighting the way for others.

Welcome home Karena! I love that you stay connected with us, no matter where you are. And thank you for making the world, and me, aware of Ishan’s book. I can’t wait to get my hands on it.

And then there’s this: “If you think you are too small to make a difference, try sleeping with a mosquito.”

I had no idea they’ve outlived dinosaurs!💪

Much love to you Karena!

I'm looking forward to catching up with you, James. Your last essay was a tear-jerker.

And yes. Mosquitos. A reminder that there is power in small!

First, amazing to see that book in your hands, and so right to highlight the exceptionality of our blossoming Ishan. Second, I thought we WERE stranded in space.

His parents don't know that Ishan has unofficially been adopted by so many of us! It is a joy to watch his energy, his creativity and his "wear it on your sleeve" commitment to nature. The book is STUNNING! Well designed and laid out. Obviously wonderful photos and his drawings are chef's kiss. And then it is all wrapped in this storytelling that keeps drawing you along. Superb!

It is an amazing book, Kathy. I'll bring it along the next time we meet. Inspiring that one so young can create something so beautiful.

I look forward to the day he also publishes something like "The Wisdom of Elephants" that is also a visually stunning clarion call.

Re-reading my posts, I realized I did not bring his book with me for when we met up at your home, Kathy. Next time.
