Thank you for all your support and suggestions, Kathy. As a Canadian, mental wellness is a shared problem as we have publicly funded health-care systems. Being proactive could make a significant difference.
These are thorough and in-depth resources you are supplying. I imagine a LOT of work is going into compiling this information and these perspectives. I don't work with a teamwork or inside of a workplace, so I'm not seeing these dynamics playing out firsthand myself, but I do see some of these signals internally within myself as an entrepreneur, and it makes me think like an organization, that I need to be prepared to advocate for my own mental health even while I'm pushing and striving toward a vision as a solopreneur.
