Can I just say how honored and humbled I am to see my name on such a beautiful and thoughtful edition? I feel loved in so many ways. Thank you.

Your poem is divine. I hope we'll see more poetry from you.

And to continue the mental health discussion, I hope people will check out the great work happening on Substack to also destigmatize mental health. Cured by Sarah Fey (https://www.curedthememoir.com/), Policing Mental Health (https://leonmacfayden.substack.com/) and others are great resources. You're doing such a great job of raising awareness to the problem, and pairing with others to make it more mainstream is so needed right now.

I love James' idea of letting us participate in episode 100. You're an inspiration getting to that milestone.

Thank you, Latham.

That dawn remains seared in my brain. Lush. Gentle. Golden.

Thank you for adding all these mental wellness resources to our list.

As for the 100th issue ... pls look for my DM. I like this idea!

What a great idea to do rest editions. With the speed of content in the internet, this is also such a good way to bring up what people might have missed. Congratulations on almost reaching 100, Karena!

Thank you, Becky! I hadn't thought of that benefit too. My original thought (besides rest), coming from BASB , was consolidating the thinking, and seeing how the bricks build on each other.

You're very welcome. I'm looking forward to seeing how you celebrate in issue #100.

ABSOLUTELY celebrate your 100th issue! If this were a sitcom, it would then be eligible for syndication and you'd be rolling in the dough. 100 issues = great job 👍

Thank you, Kathy. No filter. No edits. Literally the way God intended it. Thanks for encouraging me to experiment with different forms of writing.

Loving the poetry, Karena. We need more poetry from you.

As we've talked before, we MUST encourage a larger conversation around mental health. I just wish people don't stigmatise it anymore. Your newsletter is one of the few places where I see bold discussions about the topics. I applaud you for it.

Thanks Ishan. I agree. I have learned so much in the past month and I feel compelled to share! We may not be able to change how it happens, but we CAN change making it easier to access assistance.

Karena, SO much good stuff in here. Haven’t read and digested much of it yet. However in the mean time I wanted to say that I think you SHOULD celebrate your 100th edition. That’s a big milestone AND, celebrating and acknowledging IS important. Maybe ask your readers for one sentence to describe your impact on us. So WE can participate with our gratitude. 😁
