Everything about this resonates with me - my other hat is as a mentor / coach and yes, 💯, amazing progress can be made by simply showing up, winning that internal battle. My own mentor, Jerzy Gregorek wrote that ‘micro-progression is unstoppable’. Thanks again to you both.
