Healthy kids, time intentionality, relating with those who inspire you - leading to “I am beyond blessed.”

That’s about as beautiful as it gets!

As I get on in age I find it is more about appreciating how blessed I am. Thank you for being such a champion James. I hope to add you to the list of inspiring people I meet IRL in 2024!

Thank you for the 10 X thought invitation. It's a needed slap upside the head re how small I'm often thinking. 10 X'ing my subscribers for Pivot to the Podium is the first thing that comes to mind. But I'm going to further sit with this one. Also, I'm intrigued by the idea of reverse 10 x'ing—as in shrinking some things in my life to one-tenth of their previous proportions. Like the number of times I have to be right in a conversation, or be perfectly understood, or spending one-tenth the time debating about whether I should publish something I've written or not. I'm sure there are loads more of these. Great food for 2024 thought. Thank you. and enjoy the beach!!

Reverse 10X! Now that's a concept. My word for 2023 had been NO.

Thank you for being someone who engages so willingly, is comfortable making suggestions and giving us all food for thought.

What effervescent encouragement and enthusiasm you’re inviting us to experience with you as you focus on the very things that cherish your heart.

I think 10 x health is something that I’m excited by. I’ve tended to focus on the tiny health changes that have outsized effects. But had missed the ones that 10x it!

Be healthy and happy this year, Karena. Thanks for your inspiration to grow our hearts
