Bumps on the Road of Life

E76: Grief.

I’m having trouble finding words to post what I had intended. I am well. But for a very close friend (and member of our tribe) all is not OK.

Many of you are too young to be invited into the dark emotional thoughts and lighter joyous memories simultaneously somersaulting through my brain in this moment. I hope you can join me in quietly holding space for her.

Life is unpredictable. Time is precious. Treat both with care.
